Deep tissue massage - our most popular

A more intense full body massage designed to affect the deeper muscle layers and get to the root of the problems. While the massage is similar to a Swedish massage, the pressure is much deeper and designed to release chronic muscle pain, focusing on the deepest layers of muscles, tendons, and fascia.   This is not a relaxation massage, but aims to find and fix the areas of your body causing you pain.

Relaxation Massage

Also known as Swedish Massage, this is a light pressured full body massage designed at relaxing you while rejuvanating your muscles by increasing the flow of oxygen throughout your body.

Prenatal Massage

This gentle massage focuses on the needs of a mother-to-be as her body undergoes the changes of pregnancy.  It is a full body massage that can be done in the second or third trimester of your pregnancy.  It enhances circulation, improves function of muscles and joints, and decreases body fatigue and mental exhaustion.
